During the Christmas season, Elaine often prepares her favourite homemade winter soups, perfect after a day in the fresh Norwegian air. As a Scot, she also enjoys sharing a few Christmas traditions from her homeland, adding a unique touch to the festive season at Fanafjorden Retreat.
And if you are lucky, you might even be invited to enjoy a traditional Scottish Christmas dinner prepared by Elaine herself.
